Willy Guhl Industrial Goblet Shaped Hourglass Planter, 1950s, Switzerland

This industrial planter was designed by Willy Guhl and manufactured by Eternit Ag, Switzerland, 1950s. It's made of cellulose infused fiber cement. Very nice shaped planter in good original condition. Beautiful natural grown patina. Has only one crack due to it's age and use (please see our pictures). Designed to use outdoors as well as indoors. With simple form and organic curves, the design of Swiss architect Willy Guhl is timeless and relevant.
